Toilet Rebate Program
The Township of Langley offers a rebate when residents replace their old inefficient toilet with a new model that flushes 4.8 litres or less or has a dual flush option. This program is open to Township residents on private wells and to residents who are connected to the municipal water system.

Capital Improvement Grant
Capital Improvement Grants are given to bona fide community halls which exist solely for the use of community residents and are owned and operated by the organization as a community hall.

Sport Hosting Incentive Program

Taxation
Home Owner Grant
The Home Owner Grant is a provincial program to reduce the burden of residential property taxes on registered owners who occupy eligible residences.
The grant is available to individuals who are Canadian citizens or Landed Immigrants and reside permanently in British Columbia. A home owner is entitled to the grant if they occupy an eligible residence as their principal residence at the time of application. The grant is not automatically given; it must be applied for each year by the municipal property tax due date.
