Burning Permits
Burning in the Township of Langley is by permit only:
- Permits for properties 1/2 acre or greater: $20
- Properties less than 1/2 acre: burning is not permitted, therefore, you cannot obtain a burning permit
Burning is permitted twice annually:
- April 1 to 30
- September 15 to October 31
Permits are available now and can be purchased at the following Township of Langley locations:
