Residential/commercial sidewalk snow removal
Residents and business owners are responsible, by law, to remove snow from sidewalks fronting their property. Click here to view the bylaw.
Storm Response
Storm Response Information Hotline at 604.514.HELP (4357) is activated during severe snowfall events, wind storms, or flooding with recorded updates.
Unmanned hotline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
