Location
The Township of Langley is located in British Columbia’s lower mainland and is part of the largest single market area in Western Canada.

The Township comprises 316 square kilometres (122 square miles) of land. It borders on the City of Surrey to the west, the Fraser River to the north, the City of Abbotsford to the east, and the United States of America to the south.

Transportation & Distribution
The Township of Langley has an excellent public transportation system. With easy access to highways, rail, river, and air transport, it is ideally situated for the logistics of both incoming supplies and outgoing products.

Rail Services
There’s easy access to cargo rail service here via CN Rail and Southern Railway of British Columbia. Both with direct spur service and routings to and from port facilities (Deltaport & Fraser Surrey Docks).
River Transport
The Northwest Langley Industrial Area includes water frontage with barge transport from private loading docks on the Fraser River.
