Collection in Winter Conditions
December 14, 2009
When winter conditions such as snow and icy roads affect curbside collection services, residents are asked to leave their garbage, recycling, and yard trimmings out for the day. The contractor will do their best to pick up the material before the end of the day.

If that is not possible, residents are asked to bring items back in and check this website or call the customer service line at 604.530.3939 to find out if the material should be placed outside for collection the next morning, or kept until the following week.
