Join us for Canada Day Celebration.  
Visit the Township of Langley’s children’s booth for fun activities, sports, and games - all day long.

Aldergrove Fair Days
 
Join us for Aldergrove Fair Days featuring the 98th Annual Agricultural Fair.  Feature events include the Canadian Fast Draw Championships, downtown parade (10am Saturday), live entertainment, talent contest, midway and rides, tractor pull, chili cook off, kids zone, 4H petting zoo, bike decorating, business dress-up, crafts, vendors, educational displays, and much more!

Aldergrove Fair Days has something for everyone, so come on out and join us for a weekend of fun. Don't forget to visit the Kids Zone for fun activities and games all weekend long!

Prospera's Outdoor Family Movie Night
Bring your friends and family, a blanket, and take in a free animated flick on a three-storey high screen.  Vote for the movie you want to see!  Check out the poll on Prospera Credit Union's Facebook page and have your voice heard.
Free admission - donations will be welcomed at this event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada.

Lifeguard Competition

Safer Communities Day
Join us to learn how to be safe at home and in your community.  Activities include:  bike obstacle course, child car seat inspections, fire safety information, identity theft information, child DNA kits, Langley Emergency Program, ICBC vision goggles challenge, draw prizes, and a free hot dog lunch.

Langley's International Festival
Langley's International Festival unites people from all cultures - to share their roots, heritage and traditions, and to pass on these values to future generations. Through this festival we experience and educate our community about our commonalities and differences through performing arts, music, dance, song, ethnic foods, visual arts, and business marketplaces.

Terry Fox
The Terry Fox Run is a non-competitive event where people get together as individuals, families, and groups to raise money in Terry's name.  It is a day of celebrating Terry's legacy and to keep his dream of a cure for cancer alive.
There is no entry fee and no prizes are awarded, although a certificate of appreciation is given when participants complete their journey.  As Terry said in 1980:  If you've given a dollar, you are part of the Marathon of Hope.

Celebrate Fort Langley’s historical ties to cranberry farming with activities, food, and fun at the museum.  Come and learn more about cranberries and their role in the farming of Langley.  Taste the treats that can be made with these versatile berries and create some cranberry crafts.
