Development Application Submission

Digital file submissions are required in addition to physical documentation, as outlined on the Development Application Requirements checklist. After uploading, please drop off your application package and payment to the second floor drop box at the Township of Langley Civic Facility (20338 65 Avenue).

Applications will not be processed until the complete physical application package and payment has been received. Please ensure your application package is clearly labelled.

  • If property is owned by a company, include a BC Company Summary search (available from the Land Title Office); and a letter on company letterhead to confirm the applicant’s authority to sign on the company’s behalf
