Why do I have to register?
Holiday Lights in Williams Park is a very popular event and with only one road in and out, traffic congestion can negatively impact neighbours as well as create safety issues. Registration is required to manage attendance. Entry to the event is staggered to ensure the best guest experience for everyone. Registration secures your spot to attend and helps to ensure smoother logistics for this event with reduced wait times and decreased traffic in the area.
Who has to register?
Only one person per vehicle needs to register. Upon arriving at Holiday Lights, you will be asked to provide your registration confirmation to confirm your time slot.
Are drop-ins allowed?
Advance online registration is required for this event; no drop-ins are allowed. Once registration opens, you can register here. You can also register by calling or visiting your local recreation facility.
The day and time I want is full. Can I go on a waitlist?
We do not have a waitlist for Holiday Lights. If someone cancels their session, the cancelled spot(s) will be put back online and that session will show the available spots, and the green button will change to Register. As we offer multiple sessions each day, you can also look to see if space is available for a different time that day.
Can I reschedule?

If you can’t make it to Holiday Lights on the day and time you booked, please withdraw from the session (please see directions below) to give someone else the opportunity to enjoy this event.

You can then register for another available day and time that is convenient for you.

  • Online withdrawal is available by logging into your account at tol.ca/recregister. Follow these steps.
  • Contact customer service by phone at 604-534-3211 Ext. 9 or contact one of our recreation facilities.
