Do you want to learn how to design and construct high performance envelopes that meet the demanding air tightness requirements of Step 5 of the BC Energy Step Code?
Learn how to design and construct airtight envelopes that can meet Step 5 air tightness requirements at the Cascadia townhome project in the Township of Langley. Project team members will cover best practices for planning, coordination, documentation, and managing airtightness on site.
This workshop is intended for design professionals, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders who are involved with meeting the requirements of the BC Energy Step Code. It will include lessons learned from the project, a tour of the home mid-construction, and a mid-construction air tightness test.
