Report a Complaint Related to Construction
All construction-related complaints on private property, including secondary suites, must be submitted in writing using the Construction Complaint Form. Your submission must include your name, address, and phone number, and you must live within 500 metres of the reported violation.
For non-construction complaints, please use the Bylaw Complaint Form.

When submitting a complaint we ask that you provide the exact address where the alleged violation has occurred. If you require assistance in locating a civic address, try Geosource, the Township’s interactive mapping system, to find information such as property reports.
For construction noise complaints outside of permitted construction hours please contact Bylaw Enforcement at 604-532-7551 and refer to section 10 of the Community Standards Bylaw 2019 No. 5448 for construction sound hours.
The Township of Langley does not accept anonymous complaints. Anonymity will be maintained between the complainant and alleged violator, except where necessary in a court of law.
