As part of the Township’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellent customer service, use your MyTownship account to access a number of online service offerings through an easy-to-use dashboard.
Your MyTownship account is the same account used for recreation registration. If you have previously registered online for a recreation program or activity, please read this information.
The following online services are available through a MyTownship account:
- Property tax information
- eBilling to receive property tax statements electronically
- Online bill payments
- Dog license information
- Recreation registration
The Township also offers a number of additional services that do not require any account information. Please view our online services catalogue for a comprehensive listing of available services.

To strengthen security and protect sensitive data, some online services can only be accessed from inside Canada and the USA. This security measure applies to: pay online, applications, and taxation services.

What is a MyTownship account? |
MyTownship allows residents and businesses to access their property tax account to view levies, transactions and balances. Additionally, you can now sign-up for e-billing to receive your property tax statements electronically. You can also sign in to register for recreation and cultural programs and activities. |

What is the MyTownship Dashboard? |
The MyTownship Dashboard is like a landing page, or homepage, for MyTownship accounts. It can be tailored to show the information most important to you. Once a MyTownship account is associated with MyTownship enabled online services, the details about your specific accounts can be seen on the dashboard for convenience. We are continually adding MyTownship enabled online services through the MyTownship Dashboard. |
Why do I need to add a property address? |
The MyTownship Dashboard uses the address entered to present location based information in relation to that address. |
How do I add a property address? |
When you login to the MyTownship dashboard for the first time it will prompt you to add a property. Address name – Enter a name to identify the address. Examples: "home", "work", or "grandma’s house" Street name – Enter the street, which could be a name or number. The system will search for an existing street within the Township. Street number – Enter the street number. This is also sometimes referred to as house number. The system will search for an existing street number within the Township for the street entered in street name. Apt/unit number – Enter the apartment or unit number. The system will search for an existing unit number within the Township for the street name and number entered. |
What if I’m not a Township resident? |
If you are not a Township resident you can still sign up for a MyTownship account. We recommend entering the address of one of the Township facilities you most often frequent. |
How do I change my email address in MyTownship profile? |
To request a MyTownship email change complete the MyTownship email change request form. For account privacy and security, an employee of the Township will contact you by phone to verify your identity before a change can be made. |
How do I report a problem with a MyTownship Account? |
