A tax information certificate provides proof that property taxes are paid up to date.

How to obtain a tax certificate

For property owners – no charge
Email tax@tol.ca with your name, property address or PID number

For lawyers, financial institutions and realtors – fee applies

Visit apicanada.com to request a tax information certificate online (Cost: $122.95*)

Order through the Revenue and Collections Department (Cost: $50* per tax certificate per property)
- in person at the customer service counter on the 2nd floor of the Civic Facility, 20338 – 65 Avenue
- prepayment must be received in the form of a cheque payable to Township of Langley (no credit cards over the phone)
