FAQs

Advance online registration is required. No drop-ins. You can view sessions and register online up to 7 days in advance of each session. All members of your family that will be attending, in or out of the water, must be registered. Only those registered will be allowed entry

 

Please note Waterpark registration fees are refundable if a request for withdrawal is received at least five days before the session starts. To request a withdrawal, contact customer service by email at rec@tol.ca or by phone Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm at 604-534-3211 Ext. 9.

At this time, we do not have a waitlist for waterpark sessions. If someone cancels their session, the cancelled spot(s) will be put back online and that session will show the available spots, and the green button will change to Register. As we offer multiple sessions each day, you can also look to see if space is available for a different time that day.
Yes you can book back to back waterpark sessions. At this time, due to COVID-19 safety protocols, you will be asked to exit and then re-enter the Otter Co-op Outdoor Experience after each session.
Yes you can reserve one of our designated group areas for birthday parties, family outings or any occasion. View information on reservable group areas.
  • We recommend children under the age of 12 years be accompanied by a responsible person who is at least 16 years of age.
  • All children less than 7 years of age must be closely supervised (within arm’s reach at all times) by a responsible person who is at least 16 years of age.
  • Maximum 3 children per responsible person.
The following COVID-19 safety protocols are in place:
  • Change rooms will not be available at the start of the session. Guests should arrive dressed and ready to swim.
  • During the check in process, guests must maintain 3 m physical distance at all times from other guests.
  • Gatherings must be kept to a maximum of 10 people and must maintain 3 m physical distance at all times from other guests.
  • Please refer to the Township of Langley’s mask usage requirements located at tol.ca/covid19.
  • There will be no “in and out” privileges.
  • Pacific Park playground will not be accessible via the waterpark.
  • Leave your valuables at home. Only wallet lockers will be available.
  • Picnic tables, chairs and lounge chairs will not available. Please bring your own collapsible chairs.
  • Water refill stations and water fountains will not available. Please be sure to bring a pre-filled water bottle.
  • The rope swing will not be available.
  • Pools and play areas will have signage posted with occupancy limits.
  • One way directional traffic patterns have been implemented to help with traffic flow in certain areas of the waterpark.
  • Designated holding lines with physical distancing markers have been added in some areas to ensure guest safety (i.e Roller Soakers)
  • Designated entry and exit points have been added for specific areas of the waterpark.
  • We are asking guests to keep their inner tubes with them at all times. If not possible, staff will issue a new, clean inner tube.
  • Change rooms/showers will be available for the last 30 minutes of the session and for a maximum of 10 minutes after the session. Guests will have 10 minutes after the swim to exit the area. Please follow staff directions.
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages (no glass containers)
  • Individual/small-sized coolers
  • Shade tents with a footprint smaller than 4’ x 6’ (stakes are a hazard and not permitted)
  • Umbrellas
  • Collapsible chairs
  • Strollers
  • Personal flotation devices including PFDs, water wings, infant inflatables, and Hercules chest suits (swim suits with buoyancy features)

NOT PERMITTED

  • Personal water toys – i.e. inner tubes, mats, etc.
  • Glass containers - throughout the aquatic facility including change rooms
  • Alcohol
Yes. Come check out the Triple O’s food truck in the waterpark area.
  • Swim attire needs to be clean, and not restrict your movement or create a safety hazard to you or others.
  • Clean indoor shoes or water sandals may be worn in all pools, river channel, and deck areas.

NOT PERMITTED

  • Anything with exposed zippers, rivets, or buckles as they can damage the play equipment
  • Footwear is not permitted on the water slides
  • Street shoes are not permitted in the waterpark areas
Due to COVID, the backpack-sized lockers are not available.
Wallet-sized lockers are located just outside the change rooms and are available at no cost. Your quarter is returned when you return the key. Keep your keys and wallet secure while enjoying the pools and waterpark.
