Looking to bring a group to the Otter Co-op Outdoor Experience?

Bringing a group of 15 - 300 guests? Make a reservation and ensure your birthday party, day camp, team wind-up, or special event is an experience to remember! Each day, we keep a limited number of admissions reserved for groups, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. When you reserve, you guarantee your group’s access into the waterpark!

On the day of your reservation, please send one (1) representative to the front desk to pay admissions and collect your wristbands. Admissions are paid for a minimum of 15 guests or the number that attend, whichever is greater - regular admission rates apply.

The fine print:

  • Payment for your group booking is due at the time of reservation
  • Group booking does not include admissions to the waterpark – admissions are paid when you arrive
  • Rental times coincide with set 3-hour swim session times – if you wanted to stay all day, you will need to reserve for both sessions
  • Group booking fee is refundable, provided you cancel with a minimum of least 48 hours’ notice

Looking to book a table & tent during your waterpark visit?

Planning a special event, birthday party, or neighbourhood get-together at Otter Co-op Outdoor Experience? Book a tent and arrive knowing you have a designated area for your group that includes seating, guaranteed waterpark entry and maximized fun!

  • Tents are 10’ x 15’
  • Rental includes 2 picnic tables that seat 8 guests each
  • Cost: $119 for a 3-hour swim session

The fine print:

  • Price does not include admission to the waterpark (admissions are paid when you arrive)
  • Tents seat 16 people, but because your guests will be enjoying all the waterpark has to offer, the maximum group size is 32 guests
  • Group set up is confined to the footprint of the tent. Items such as coolers, gear bags, shade tents and extra seating belonging to the group may not go beyond the footprint of the tent
  • Rental times coincide with set 3-hour swim session times
  • Table & tent fee is refundable, provided you cancel with a minimum of least 48 hours’ notice
  • You cannot bring any electric cooking equipment (such as crock pots or electric grills) or BBQs
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (no glass containers)
  • Individual/small-sized coolers are allowed

With comfortable patio furniture and a great view overlooking the entire waterpark, this amazing space is the location to host your next social event!

  • Enjoy guaranteed waterpark entry (even if the session is sold out), and maximize your fun
  • Large area with seating for up to 50 guests
  • Township of Langley staff will be on-hand to assist you for your three-hour Lighthouse Lookout booking
  • Lighthouse Lookout is accessible by stairs only
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (no glass containers)
  • Individual/small-sized coolers are allowed

Cost: $299.00 plus applicable tax. Price includes entire Lighthouse Lookout area and up to 50 admissions.

The fine print:

  • Lighthouse Lookout does not have running water, a sink, or refrigeration
  • Electric cooking equipment (such as crock pots or electric grills) or BBQs are not permitted
  • Rental times coincide with set 3-hour swim session times
  • Your entire group (including belongings) will need to be clear of the area by the end of the swim session
  • Lighthouse Lookout is refundable, provided you cancel with a minimum of least 48 hours’ notice

FAQs

Known as the Pacific Zone, the main pool area under the canopies include the 25 m pool, leisure pool, and hot tub, and includes access to the steam room and sauna.

Waterpark:

Pacific Zone:

  • We recommend children aged 7 to 11 years be accompanied by a responsible person who is at least 16 years of age.
  • All children less than 7 years of age must be closely supervised (within arm’s reach at all times) by a responsible person who is at least 16 years of age. Maximum 3 children per person.
  • food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in to the waterpark (no glass containers)
  • individual/small-sized coolers
  • shade tents with footprint smaller than 4’ x 6’ (stakes are a hazard and not permitted)
  • umbrellas
  • collapsible chairs
  • strollers
  • personal flotation devices including PFDs, water wings, infant inflatables, and Hercules chest suits (swim suits with buoyancy features) 

NOT PERMITTED

  • personal water toys - we have plenty of fun and approved toys available for use
  • glass containers - throughout the aquatic facility including lobby and change rooms
  • alcohol
Yes. Come check out the Triple O’s food truck in the waterpark area.
  • swim attire needs to be clean, not restrict your movement, or create a safety hazard to you or others
  • clean indoor shoes or water sandals may be worn in all pools, river channel, and deck areas

NOT PERMITTED

  • anything with exposed zippers, rivets, or buckles as they can damage the play equipment
  • footwear is not permitted on the water slides
  • street shoes are not permitted in the waterpark areas
Yes. We have two types of lockers:
  • Wallet-sized lockers are located just outside the changerooms and are available at no cost. Your quarter is returned when you return the key. Keep your keys and wallet secure while enjoying the pools and water park.
  • Backpack-sized lockers are located just outside the changerooms and tokens are required to secure the lockers. Tokens are available at the Reception Desk or Ticket Office for $.50 each.
The Ticket Office opens 30 minutes prior to the start of each session and closes 30 minutes before each session ends. For example, for the 10:00am to 1:00pm swim session, we start selling admissions to our guests at 9:30am and stop selling admissions at 12:30pm.

There are two options for our guests:

Option 1: Stay in the Ticket Office line up. As guests leave, others may go in. For example, if 3 guests leave the waterpark, the next 3 guests waiting are admitted.

Option 2: Come back for the next swim session. We begin swim session sales 30 minutes prior to the start of each session.

Between Tuesday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 26, the entire waterpark will be open to schools to accommodate school year-end celebrations. Available dates are as follows:

Wednesday, June 19 10:00am – 2:00pm
Thursday, June 20 10:00am – 2:00pm
Friday, June 21 10:00am – 2:00pm
Monday, June 24 10:00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday, June 25 10:00am – 2:00pm

End-of-School Year Details

  • Sessions are 4 hours long.
  • Maximum 1000 guests per session. This includes students, parents, chaperones, and teachers from multiple schools.
  • Admission rates for end-of-school year celebrations are $6.00 per guest. All students, parents, chaperones, and teachers are required to pay admission if entering the waterpark.
  • Outside food is permitted. Triple O’s food trucks will also be onsite during event windows.
  • Guests are encouraged to bring their own PFD (personal floatation device) or lifejacket. Additional PFDs and lifejackets will be available onsite.
  • No glass containers allowed.
  • No personal mats, floaties, and/or inner tubes allowed.
  • No tables or tents bookings will be available during event windows. All space will be first come, first serve. No personal tables or tents allowed.
  • No umbrellas will be allowed in the waterpark.
  • Locker tokens are $0.50 per locker. Tokens are single use.
  • At all times in and out of the water, children under 7 years must be under the direct supervision of a responsible person 16 years or older. The ratio of children to adult is 3:1.
