Cancellations

If minimum registration for a program or activity is not met, registration may be cancelled or combined with another equivalent program or activity. If cancelled, a refund or credit to your registration account will be provided.

At this time, waitlists are available for swimming lessons & day camps only. People on waitlists will be contacted only if a spot becomes available.

Refund Guidelines

  • Swimming lesson and day camp registration fees are refundable if a request for withdrawal is received at least five days before class starts. To request a withdrawal, contact customer service by email at rec@tol.ca or by phone, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, at 604-534-3211 Ext. 9. 
  • Otter Co-op Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Credit Union Community Centre registration fees are refundable if a request for withdrawal is received at least five days before class starts. To request a withdrawal, contact customer service by email at rec@tol.ca or by phone, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, at 604-534-3211 Ext. 9. 
  • No refunds are available for one-time daily activities that are reserved in advance: swimming sessions (public, lap, parent & tot and water walking) and weight room sessions.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
