Capital Improvement Grants

Online applications for 2018 Capital Improvement Grants are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is midnight on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.

Online Application Process

As with prior notice given, the Township of Langley has moved to an E-Government platform with an online application process for all community grants. All applicants must use the online process as mailed in or emailed applications will no longer be accepted. To access the online application form, a Township account is required. With any new process, there may be technical glitches that need to be resolved. We ask for your patience as we work through and resolve any issues. You can help us by reporting any technical difficulties encountered during the application process.

Capital Improvement Grants are given to bona fide community halls that exist solely for the use of community residents and are owned and operated by the organization as a community hall. They are provided on a matching basis equal to 50 percent of actual costs to a maximum of $7,500 for each grant. The work must not be completed before the grant application is made.
