Grant Applications

Welcome to the online grant submission form.

Applications are due by midnight, February 28, 2018.

You will need the following documents in order to submit your application. Please have them ready. If all documentation is not provided, then your application cannot be considered:

1. Proof of non-profit status as follows:

Registered Non-Profit Societies must provide:

  • Society Certificate in same name under which you are applying for funding
  • Proof of Submission from the BC Societies Registry of your most recent annual report
  • Most recent Annual Report
  • A complete list of all Executives / Board of Directors – including full names, addresses, and phone numbers for each person

Registered Canadian Charities must provide:

  • Canadian Registered Charity Document in same name under which you are applying for funding
  • Most recent Charity Tax Return
  • A list of Executives / Board of Directors – provide full names, addresses, and phone numbers for each person

2. Financial Statements

3. A copy of your most recent AGM minutes

4. If funded in the prior year, a Year in Review report which includes an overview of how the Township’s grant was spent, and a Project Financial Statement.
