Angie Quaale

Councillor Angie Quaale Elected to office in 2014, Councillor Angie Quaale is currently serving her first term as a Township of Langley Councillor.

Angie grew up in Alberta and moved to British Columbia in 1992. Angie has been recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit as the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce’s New Entrepreneur of the Year, Small Business of the Year and most recently as the prestigious George Preston Business Person of the Year.

Angie has also been recognized by the Women’s Enterprise Centre as one of BC’s Pioneering Entrepreneurs. Angie is a regular guest chef on Global BC TV, CBC, and City TV and is an expert culinary contributor to other radio and television programs.

Professional Career

Angie is the owner of Well Seasoned, a successful gourmet and specialty food store and cooking school that opened in Langley in 2004. She is excited to launch her first cookbook / guidebook titled Eating Local in the Fraser Valley, featuring stories and recipes from producers, chefs, winemakers, and farmers from all over the Fraser Valley. Published by Random House, it will be available at all major bookstores in May 2018. Angie is passionate about local food and sustainability, is a World Champion BBQ Master, and is excited to be part of the success of Langley as it grows.
