Join us as we celebrate BC National Forest Week and BC Rivers Day! This year's event is in collaboration with the Langley Environmental Partners Society (LEPS).
Come explore Derek Doubleday Arboretum and enjoy nature with a variety of fun and educational activities and presentations for all ages.
Forest Fest will feature:
- Chainsaw carving by Ben Hemara
- Games and activities
- Exhibitor booths
- Face painting
- Food trucks
- Live demostrations and presentations
- Scavenger hunt
- Stilt walkers
- Plant giveaways (limited quantities available)
Parking and shuttle information
The parking lot at Derek Doubleday is reserved for accessible parking and drop-offs only.
Parking is available at:
- St. Andrew's Church at 20955 Old Yale Rd
- McLeod Athletic Park (west parking lot) at 213A Street and 57A Avenue.
Free shuttle service is available at McLeod Athletic Park stadium.
Carpooling is encouraged.
