Summer Nights in the Township

Join us every week in July and August for free and low-cost outdoor events happening throughout the Township of Langley!

Thursday evenings come alive at the Willoughby Community Park Amphitheatre with free outdoor concerts, starting at 6:30pm. The Langley Community Farmers Market will be on-site each Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30pm, giving attendees the opportunity to browse local produce, artisan goods, food, and more.

Families can enjoy movie nights at Township venues, featuring family-friendly films unique outdoor settings. Family Fun Nights at Philip Jackman Park, Josette Dandurand Northeast Latimer Park, and James Hill Park will feature foam parties*, inflatable activities, face painting, games, food trucks, and other entertainment, with the season finale closing with an outdoor movie under the stars.

The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre will once again host a series of popular themed events throughout the summer. From Dive-In Movie Nights and Family Nights to Youth Nights and adults-only Sip 'n Dip evenings, these events offer unique ways to experience the waterpark. 

*The foam used at the foam parties is a natural, surfactant blend, foam powder solution that is mixed with water to create bubbles. It has no fragrances, no dyes, no animal ingredients, and no phosphates added. The solution does not cause harm to eyes, skin or the environment.

2026 Summer Nights in the Township Free Events

Pets are welcome to attend the concerts and Family Fun Nights! Please ensure your pet is leashed and that you clean up after your pet. And don't forget to bring water so your pet stays hydrated.

Advance online registration is required for all events listed below (no drop-ins). Registration opens seven days in advance of each event for both Township and non-Township residents.
