Explore our birthday party options:
Pool party
Make your birthday unforgettable with an exciting pool party for up to 24 kids! The celebration will start in your designated party room and finish with fun in the pool! It’s the perfect way to get active, have fun and enjoy quality time with friends.
What’s included:
- one hour in the party room
- access to the pool
- 15 minutes of set up time prior to your booking
Pool parties are available at:
Children under 7 years of age must be closely supervised and within arms’ reach of a responsible adult at a maximum ratio of one adult to three children.
Recreation party
Host a fun and active celebration! Enjoy leader-led playtime, followed by time in your designated party room. Everything will be planned for you to make your special day memorable.
Types of recreation parties available:
- Tumble Party – up to 24 kids
- Cooking Party – up to 20 kids
What’s included:
- one hour of fun, themed activities facilitated by a Party Leader
- one hour in the party room
- 15 minutes of set up time prior to your booking

Changed your mind? Registration fees are 100% refundable if a request for withdrawal is received at least 14 days before the start of the event. Find details at tol.ca/recreginfo.
Frequently Asked Questions
What party supplies do I need to bring? |
Please come prepared with everything you need, including a cake knife, candles, lighter, tablecloths (if desired), plates, utensils, etc. Tables and chairs are provided. |
What type of food can I bring? |
You can bring a cake and/or other food that is ready to eat. Please note that there is no fridge, stove or oven access. |
Will there be access to a refrigerator, stove or oven? |
There is no refrigerator, stove or oven access. |
What decorations are allowed? |
You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Restrictions include: no tape or pins on the walls (we suggest sticky tack); no confetti, silly string, glitter and pinatas; no helium balloons in the gymnasium. Note: you will have a maximum of 15 minutes before your party time to set up, and you are responsible for cleaning up all decorations in the last 10 minutes of your party, and must be ready to leave the party room at the scheduled party end time. |
How early can I get into the party space to set up? |
You will have 15 minutes of set up time before your party starts. |
When do I have to end my party? |
Parties should be over and all attendees should be ready to leave the party room by the end of the scheduled party time. |
Can I request more party time? |
You may book two back-to-back parties if you would like more time. |
Can you accommodate more than the maximum number of guests at a party? |
Please email your request to rec@tol.ca as this may or may not be available. Our party spaces are designed to accommodate a maximum number of attendees to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that only a small number of supervising adults attend as this helps us stay within room capacities and allows space for activities and proper supervision. |
Can we bring alcohol? |
Alcohol is not permitted. |
Can we include outside entertainment (e.g. characters, bouncy castles)? |
At this time, outside entertainment is not permitted at our birthday parties. Alternative options include renting a room through our facility rentals team. Learn more. |
Is any audiovisual (A/V) equipment provided? |
Please plan to bring your own equipment (e.g. stereo, TV) if required. |
Are children supervised by Township of Langley staff? |
Adult attendees are responsible for supervision of the party children. For pool parties, any child under 7 years old must be within arms’ reach of a responsible adult at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 3 children. |

If our plans change, can I cancel my party booking? |

Where can party attendees park? |
You are welcome to park in the facility parking lot; however, please be aware that parking can fill up during busy times. Please remember to register your vehicle license plate with the front desk if you will be parking longer than 2 hours. |
