Things To Know

Please note that the 25 m pool, diving boards and rope swing will not be available due to the required lap pool resurfacing project. All other amenities are open. Learn more.

How do I register?

Registration opens for waterpark sessions 10 days in advance of each waterpark session for Township of Langley residents. Non-Township residents can register 7 days in advance. Register online for waterpark sessions. All household family members entering the waterpark must be registered, including those not intending to swim and children 0-3 years of age.

Please ensure a birthdate (including year) is entered for everyone in your household you are registering, otherwise you will receive an error message stating, “the attendee is not eligible for any of this activity’s fees.”  If you receive this message during the registration process, visit or call your local recreation facility or Civic Facility during business hours to add the birthdate to your account.

Registration help.

How do I add people to my account?

Only household family members can be added to your account. To add a household family member to you account, visit or call your local recreation facility or Civic Facility during business hours, or email recaddress@tol.ca and provide the following information:

  • Birthdate of each family member (including year)
  • Home address
  • Email address used to set up your account in the online registration system

Can I cancel my waterpark session and get a refund?
Waterpark registration fees are refundable if the withdrawal is completed at least five days before the start of the session. Find out how to withdraw from a program.
The waterpark session I want is full. Can I go on a waitlist?
At this time, we do not have a waitlist for waterpark sessions. If someone cancels their session, the cancelled spot(s) will be put back online and that session will show the available spots, and the green button will change to Register. As we offer multiple sessions each day, you can also look to see if space is available for a different time that day.
