| How do I register? |
|
Township residents can register for general waterpark sessions 10 days in advance of each session. Non-Township residents can register 7 days in advance. Special event registration opens 7 days in advance of each session for both Township and non-Township residents. Everyone entering the waterpark must be registered, including those not intending to swim and children 0 to 3 years of age. Register online. For a smooth registration process, complete your recreation account setup at least five days prior to when you'd like to register. This includes adding your home address, phone number, and household family members' names and birthdates to your account. See the below FAQ for more information. Customers may register over the phone; however, please note that phone lines may be busy during the peak season. Refer to Registration Help for more information. |
| How do I add people and/or birthdates to my account? |

Only household family members can be added to your account. To add a household family member and their birthdates to your account:

Note: Expect a response within five (5) business days if you are providing this information by email or online form. Families who register online should create just one MyTownship account. All adults in the same household should use the same credentials to sign in. |

How does registration work if I want to come to a waterpark session with people who are not in my household? |
|
If you are planning to attend a waterpark session with people from other households (e.g. friends or relatives who do not live with you) then you will have to coordinate with those individuals/families to register separately. Only household family members can be added to your account. |
| Why am I getting an error message while registering? |
|
If you receive an error message while registering that states, "the attendee is not eligible for any of this activity's fees," it could be because your account setup is incomplete. Ensure your home address, phone number, and household family members' names and birthdates are added to your account prior to registering. Refer to this FAQ to learn how. |
| Can I cancel my waterpark session and get a refund? |
| Waterpark registration fees are refundable if the withdrawal is completed at least five days before the start of the session. Find out how to withdraw from a program. |
| The waterpark session I want is full. Can I go on a waitlist? |
| At this time, we do not have a waitlist for waterpark sessions. If someone cancels their session, the cancelled spot(s) will be put back online and that session will show the available spots, and the green button will change to Register. As we offer multiple sessions each day, you can also look to see if space is available for a different time that day. |
| Can I book back-to-back waterpark sessions? |
| Yes, you can book back-to-back waterpark sessions, however, you will be asked to exit and then re-enter The Outdoor Experience after each session. |
| What is the public waterpark schedule? |

| Can I book for a group or a special event such as a birthday party? |
| Yes, you can reserve one of our designated group areas for birthday parties, family outings or any occasion. View information on reservable group areas. |
| Can I book or rent the waterpark and pools? |
| Depending on availability the waterpark is available for private bookings. Please contact accbookings@tol.ca. |
| What is the cost of admission? |

| Are there any age restrictions? |

| What beach items may I bring into the waterpark? |

| Is food available on site? |
| Yes. Come check out the Triple O’s food truck in the waterpark area. |
| What can I wear in the pools and on the water slides? |

| Are lockers available? |
|
Backpack-sized lockers are available and require two Canadian quarters. Lockers are single use. Your quarters are not returned after using the locker. Please leave your valuables at home. |
