How do I register? |
Registration opens for waterpark sessions 10 days in advance of each waterpark session for Township of Langley residents. Non-Township residents can register 7 days in advance. Register online for waterpark sessions. Everyone entering the waterpark must be registered, including those not intending to swim and children 0-3 years of age. |
Can I cancel my waterpark session and get a refund? |
Waterpark registration fees are refundable if the withdrawal is completed at least five days before the start of the session. Find out how to withdraw from a program. |
The waterpark session I want is full. Can I go on a waitlist? |
At this time, we do not have a waitlist for waterpark sessions. If someone cancels their session, the cancelled spot(s) will be put back online and that session will show the available spots, and the green button will change to Register. As we offer multiple sessions each day, you can also look to see if space is available for a different time that day. |
Can I book back-to-back waterpark sessions? |
Yes, you can book back-to-back waterpark sessions, however, you will be asked to exit and then re-enter the Otter Co-op Outdoor Experience after each session. |
What is the public waterpark schedule? |

Can I book for a group or a special event such as a birthday party? |
Yes, you can reserve one of our designated group areas for birthday parties, family outings or any occasion. View information on reservable group areas. |
Can I book or rent the waterpark and pools? |
Depending on availability the waterpark is available for private bookings. Please contact acuccbookings@tol.ca. |
What is the cost of admission? |

Are there any age restrictions? |
- At all times in and out of the water, children less than 7 years of age must be under the direct supervision of a responsible guardian.
- Maximum 3 children per responsible person.

What beach items may I bring into the waterpark? |
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages (no glass containers)
- Individual/small-sized coolers
- Shade tents with a footprint smaller than 4’ x 6’ (stakes are a hazard and not permitted)
- Umbrellas (stakes are a hazard and not permitted)
- Collapsible chairs
- Strollers
- Personal flotation devices including PFDs, water wings, infant inflatables, and Hercules chest suits (swim suits with buoyancy features)
NOT PERMITTED
- Personal water toys – i.e. inner tubes, mats, etc.
- Glass containers - throughout the aquatic facility including change rooms
- Alcohol
- Stakes for the grass area (tent pegs or umbrellas that must stake into the ground)
- Anything with exposed zippers, rivets, or buckles (including all types of PFD’s) are not permitted on any of the slides (Big Top slides or Roller Soakers)

Is food available on site? |
Yes. Come check out the Triple O’s food truck in the waterpark area. |
What can I wear in the pools and on the water slides? |
- Swim attire needs to be clean, and not restrict your movement or create a safety hazard to you or others.
- Clean indoor shoes or water sandals may be worn in all pools, river channel, and deck areas.
NOT PERMITTED
- Anything with exposed zippers, rivets, or buckles as they can damage the play equipment
- Footwear is not permitted on the water slides
- Street shoes are not permitted in the waterpark areas

Are lockers available? |
Backpack-sized lockers are available and require tokens that can be purchased at the Box Office, located at the entrance. Wallet lockers are available and require Canadian quarters. Your quarter is returned when you return the key. Please leave your valuables at home. |
