Once you have your physical Active Pass card, download the Stocard app and upload your card’s barcode to scan your pass from your phone each visit.
Note: To purchase an Active Pass online, sign into tol.ca/recregister to access the online registration system and select the “Buy a Pass” option. If you have previously registered for a recreation program or activity in the Township, please use the same email that we have on file. Accounts are available to those aged 16 years and older.
Student and family passes are not available for online purchase. These passes can be purchased in-person at Aldergrove Community Centre, George Preston Recreation Centre, Walnut Grove Community Centre and W.C. Blair Recreation Centre. Once purchased, student and family passes can be used to register online.
Please note: All Active Passes, 10-visit and 20-visit cards expire three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Skating Rental Fees:
- Skate rental $3.50
- Helmet rental $1.25
* A family is a maximum of 5 people, including a combination of parents, guardians, or grandparents with children under the age of 19 years who reside in the same household, with a maximum of 2 adults per family group.
Financial assistance for low-income residents
If you are in financial need, you may qualify for the subsidy on memberships and programs.

Gift cards
Give the gift of recreation with a Township of Langley gift card!
Gift cards can be redeemed for everything from swimming and ice skating lessons, art and dance classes, to personal training sessions, and The Outdoor Experience visits. Gift cards can be used to purchase drop-in admissions and Active Passes as well as 10-visit and 20-visit passes which can be used at Township community and recreation centres.
Available in any amount, gift cards can be purchased year-round and redeemed online or in-person at the following locations:
- Aldergrove Community Centre
- George Preston Recreation Centre
- W.C. Blair Recreation Centre
- Walnut Grove Community Centre
Please note: Gift cards can only be purchased in-person at Township facilities. Cash value never expires. Gift cards are not reloadable and non-refundable.
