Admission fees effective September 1, 2025. All prices include taxes.

*A family is a maximum of 5 people, including a combination of parents, guardians, grandparents, and children under the age of 19 years old who all reside in the same household, with a maximum of 2 adults per family group.

Active Passes, 10-visit and 20-visit cards expire three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Skating rental fees are $3.50 for skates and $1.25 for helmets.

Active Pass

With an Active Pass, guests of all ages can enjoy access to a variety of Township facilities, services and weekly offerings, including:

  • swimming pools and public swim sessions including hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms
  • aquafit classes
  • arenas and public skating sessions
  • fitness centres with cardio and weight equipment
  • drop-in fitness classes
  • gymnasium sports sessions

How to purchase an Active Pass

To purchase an Active Pass online, sign in to your registration account at tol.ca/recregister and select the “Buy a Pass” option. If you have previously registered for a recreation program or activity in the Township, please use the same email that we have on file. Accounts are available to those aged 16 years and older.

Active Passes can also be purchased by phone or in person at your local recreation facility (Aldergrove Community Centre, George Preston Recreation Centre, Walnut Grove Community Centre, W.C. Blair Recreation Centre).

Once you have your physical Active Pass card, load it into any mobile wallet app or take a photo of the barcode. You can then scan your pass from your phone each visit.

Note: Student and family passes must be purchased in person at Aldergrove Community Centre, George Preston Recreation Centre, Walnut Grove Community Centre or W.C. Blair Recreation Centre. Once purchased, student and family passes can be used to register online.

Summer Fun Pass for children and youth

This summer, children (aged 4 to 12) and youth (aged 13 to 18) can be active and enjoy access to a variety of Township facilities and activities for a one-time cost of $25 including tax.

The Summer Fun Pass is valid for use from Friday, June 27 to Monday, September 1, 2025.

A Summer Fun Pass for children includes:

  • swimming pools and public swimming sessions, including hot tubs
  • drop-in family gymnasium sport sessions
  • admission to Family Night events at The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre on Wednesday, July 9 and Wednesday, August 20. Advance online registration required (no drop-ins).

A Summer Fun Pass for youth includes:

  • swimming pools and public swimming sessions including hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms
  • aquafit classes
  • fitness centres with cardio and weight equipment (must be 16+ years old or have completed a youth weight room orientation)
  • youth weight room orientation (required for 13 to 15 year olds before using the fitness centre, and available to 13 to 18 year olds)
  • drop-in youth gymnasium sports sessions
  • admission to Youth Night events at The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre on Thursday, July 24 and Thursday, August 21. Advance online registration required (no drop-ins).

Note: General waterpark sessions at The Outdoor Experience are not included in the Summer Fun Pass.

What is the age range?
The Summer Fun Pass is available to children (aged 4 to 12) and youth (aged 13 to 18). Pass holders must be 4 to 18 years old at the time of purchase.
Is the Summer Fun Pass only for Township of Langley residents?
The Summer Fun Pass is available for any person who is 4 to 18 years of age at the time of purchase, regardless of where they live.
Is The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre included in the Summer Fun Pass?

Admission to Youth Night events on Thursday, July 24 and Thursday, August 21, and Family Night events on Wednesday, July 9 and Wednesday, August 20, at The Outdoor Experience are included with the Summer Fun Pass. Advance online registration is required (no drop-ins).

How can I purchase the Summer Fun Pass?

The Summer Fun Pass can be purchased online by signing into your registration account at tol.ca/recregister and selecting the “Buy a Pass” option.

You can also purchase the Summer Fun Pass by phone or in person at your local recreation facility.

What are the dates that the Summer Fun Pass is valid for use?
The Summer Fun Pass is valid from Friday, June 27 to Monday, September 1, 2025.
Is the Summer Fun Pass refundable?
The Summer Fun Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can youth under the age of 16 use this pass for the weight room?
Yes, if they are between 13 to 15 years old and have completed the Youth Weight Room Orientation.
Can youth use this pass for drop-in fitness classes?
Yes, youth aged 13 years and older can participate in our drop-in fitness classes.
Is registration required?

Registration opens 23 hours prior to the start of drop-in fitness classes and gymnasium sports sessions. Registration is recommended to secure your spot.

Advance online registration is required for Youth Night and Family Night events at The Outdoor Experience. Registration will open seven days prior to the start of each event.

What happens if I can’t secure a registered spot?
If an activity is full, please register for another day and time. For Youth Night and Family Night events at The Outdoor Experience, please select the waitlist option and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.
How do I register for activities and events?
You can register online at tol.ca/recregister. If you have previously registered for a recreation program or activity in the Township, please use the same email that we have on file. Accounts are available to those aged 16 years and older.

Gift cards

Give the gift of recreation and arts and culture with a Township of Langley gift card!

Gift cards can be redeemed for everything from swimming and ice skating lessons, art and dance classes, to personal training sessions and visits to The Outdoor Experience. Gift cards can also be used to purchase drop-in admissions, Active Passes, as well as 10-visit and 20-visit cards, which can be used at Township community and recreation centres.

Available in any amount, gift cards can be purchased year-round and redeemed online or in person at:

  • Aldergrove Community Centre
  • George Preston Recreation Centre
  • salishan Place by the River 
  • W.C. Blair Recreation Centre 
  • Walnut Grove Community Centre

Note: Gift cards can only be purchased in person at Township facilities. Cash value never expires. Gift cards are not reloadable and non-refundable.
