Recreation Account Setup Guide

Scroll down the Recreation Registration web page until you see the 'Access your registration' account heading and click the 'Sign in to your account' button.

A new web page will open. Click the 'sign up now' button that is highlighted by the red box below.

Note: Only use this option if you have not created an online account previously. If you need to change your email, complete the email change request form available at Report a Problem - Township of Langley.

A new page will appear. Type your email address into the bar marked 'Email address.'

Note: Ensure you are using the same email address associated with your existing recreation account. If no email is associated to your account, contact us to ensure it is added so it connects to your existing account.

Click the ‘Send verification code’ button.

The following screen will appear. Do not close this window.

Open a new window on your internet browser. Check your email. Open the email from Microsoft sent on behalf of the Township of Langley (msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com) to view the verification code.

Return to the account setup browser window. Enter the verification code in the box highlighted below. Click the 'Verify code' button.

Create a password and enter your name for your Recreation Registration account. Enter this password and your name into the boxes that appear, as indicated by the arrows.

Note: The name should be the primary user for your account and should be someone 16 years of age or older.

Click the 'Create' button.

To begin using your Recreation Registration account, visit or call your local recreation facility, Civic Facility, or email recaddress@tol.ca and provide the following information:

• your first and last name
• the first and last name of all household family members
• birthdates of each family member (including year)
• home address
• phone number
• email address used to set up your account in the online registration system

Account activation can also be completed by submitting a form on the Township of Langley website.  

• If you are a non-Township resident, you can provide the above information through an online Non-Township Resident Account Setup Form.
• If you reside in the Township, you will need to verify your address in person or through our Online Township Address Verification Form. Acceptable forms of ID are the most current version of:
  • BC Driver’s Licence
  • BC ID
  • property tax statement
  • BC Hydro bill
  • any utility bill that has your full name and address

Note: Expect a response within five (5) business days if you are providing this information by email or online form.
