Reservable Group Areas
Please note that the 25 m pool, diving boards and rope swing will not be available due to the required lap pool resurfacing project. All other amenities are open. Learn more.
The Outdoor Experience is a great location for groups! Reserve one of our designated group areas for birthday parties, family outings or any occasion. Township residents have priority registration for reservable group areas.
All reservable group area bookings include waterpark admission for all guests and a reserved area for 2.5 hours. Everyone entering the waterpark under a group booking must be accounted for in the allocated number of guests, including those not intending to swim and children 0 to 3 years of age.

Table and tent
$204.05 not including tax (maximum of 20 guests) includes:
- Admission for one waterpark session per person. This includes all guests that will be attending, in or out of the water, as well as children 0 to 3 years of age.
- Reserved area for 2.5 hours includes a 10' x 15' tent and two picnic tables; located between Big Top and Beachside Green.
Lighthouse Lookout
$349.60 not including tax (maximum of 40 guests) includes:
- Admission for one waterpark session per person. This includes all guests that will be attending, in or out of the water, as well as children 0 to 3 years of age.
- Exclusive access to the upper lookout area, a 10' x 15' tent, comfortable outdoor seating, tables and chairs.
What you need to know:
- To register for a reservable group area, only one person needs to register. This person will be the main contact for the booking and during the registration process, will have to provide the number of guests. No names are required.
- Additional guests beyond the maximum number are not permitted.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Reservable group area bookings are refundable if a request for withdrawal is completed at least five days before the reservation date. If less than five days notice is given, registration fees, less a 20% cancellation fee will be returned. Information on how to withdraw your registration.
- Please arrive no earlier than 45 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled waterpark session.
- Your group will be admitted into the waterpark five minutes prior to the start of the session. All guests in your group booking must be present and gathered on the plaza together for entry. Please note the main contact who booked the reservable group area must be present during the waterpark session.
- Change rooms and showers are available during the waterpark session.
- Guests must exit the waterpark within 10 minutes after the session ends.
- There are no "in and out" privileges.

| How do I register for the reservable group areas? |

Online registration for reservable group areas opens for Township residents on the second day of every month at 9am for the following month. Registration for Non-Township residents opens on the fifth day of every month at 9am. View and register for a reservable group area. All guests that will be attending, in or out of the water, as well as children 0 to 3 years of age must be accounted for when registering. |

Does everyone need to register? |
| To register for a reservable group area, only one person needs to register. | Can I add extra guests? |
| Additional guests are not permitted. |
| What if my friends register in the general waterpark registration, can they join my group in our reserved area? |
| Lighthouse Lookout has a capacity of 40 people maximum. As per BC fire code regulations, Lighthouse Lookout can only have 40 people on the upper deck area at one time, so no additional friends are permitted. At a reservable Table and Tent area, additional friends are permitted as long as your entire group stays within your reservable area of one 10' x 15' tent and two picnic tables and does not expand into neighbouring tent and table areas. |
| How do we check in and when do we enter? |
| Please have your group gathered on the main plaza and ensure all guests are present. You do not need to wait in the general waterpark line up. Staff will confirm your attendance and you will enter The Outdoor Experience through the main gates. Your group will be admitted into the waterpark 5 minutes prior to the start of the session; All guests in your group booking must be present and gathered on the plaza together for entry. |

| Does the Lighthouse Lookout have a fridge? |
| No, a fridge or a freezer is not provided. You may bring small coolers. |
| Is the Lighthouse Lookout wheelchair accessible? |
| The Lighthouse Lookout is only accessible via stairs. There is no access lift. If members of your party have mobility limitations, the Table and Tent reservable area is an accessible option. |
| What happens if some of my guests don't show up. Can I get a refund for their admission? |
| For reservable group area bookings a flat rate applies to all group sizes so you will not receive a refund for guests who do not attend. |
| Can I cancel my booking and get a refund? |
| Reservable group area bookings are refundable if a request for withdrawal is completed at least five days before the reservation date. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 20% cancellation fee will be returned. Information on how to withdraw your registration. |
