Green Homes: Rebates and Financing

Rebates are available for green upgrades that help decrease your home’s energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. The table below gives a high-level overview of the Township of Langley Green Building Rebate Program (GBRP), the CleanBC Better Homes Program (provincial), and the Canada Greener Homes Program (federal).
All rebates and incentives are subject to availability. Confirm availability and/or eligibility with the rebate provider.

Note: These rebates are for major renovations that require a building permit. If you are unsure if your renovation requires a permit, email buildinginfo@tol.ca
