Irrevocable Letter of Credit
Township of Langley's Irrevocable Letter of Credit required form is for works and services installed in conjunction with development applications, soil deposit applications, and development cost charges. This form is also necessary for competitive bid requirements.
Instructions
- Fill in all required fields on the Letter of Credit (LOC) template and save it.
- Email the completed LOC template to loc@tol.ca, to the attention of Iris Koselowski for review.

The Township of Langley Finance Division staff will advise via email if any changes are required, or if the LOC can be
finalized and issued through your financial institution. -
Upon receiving approval from the Township of Langley Finance Division, instruct your financial institution to issue the
LOC and print it on their coloured letterhead. - Submit the issued LOC to the Township of Langley Finance Division at the Civic Facility for processing. You can either:
- Courier the LOC directly to Iris Koselowski (20338 – 65 Avenue Langley, BC V2Y 3J1), or
- Drop off the LOC at Customer Service on the second floor, attention Iris Koselowski
Important
- Deviations from the format and content of the form may result in amendments and delays in processing.
- The Township of Langley does not accept DocuSign.
- Signatures must be original pen on paper.
