The Township of Langley is working towards digital online building permit application submissions. Select building permit applications can now be submitted online. If an “apply online” button is available under the permit type, you can submit your application digitally. To get started, review the eApply Guide.

The Tenant Improvement X-Press Building Permit Service is now available. The Permit, Licence and Inspection Services department is offering a new, enhanced service to help expedite Tenant Improvement building permit applications for certain types of projects.
