Bell Park Playground Upgrades

Overview

The Bell Park playground is being upgraded to increase accessibility. The play space will increase in size and include new features that can be enjoyed by children of all abilities. The current wood fibre surfacing will be replaced with an engineered rubberized surface to facilitate movement for wheelchairs and strollers.

More ground-based play features such as educational panels, an archway, bouncers, and a sensory wall will increase enjoyment for children with mobility restrictions or toddlers who may not be able to climb structures unassisted.
