Purpose: To raise the properties to original grade for future agricultural purposes
Volume: Total of 262,010 m3 (37,430 truck loads)
Outcome
On October 6, 2025, Township of Langley Council directed staff to refer the Soil Deposit Application for 27413 – 8 Avenue to the Agricultural Land Commission; and Council directed staff to process the Soil Deposit Application for 920 – 272 Street if the Agricultural Land Commission approves the application for 27413 – 8 Avenue.
