The Township of Langley has turned 150 since the official date of incorporation (April 26, 1873) and will celebrate 150 years of Township history with a community-focused festival full of exciting events and activities for all ages.
Today, the Township of Langley is home to approximately 145,000 residents in six urban centres, all with distinct characteristics and surrounded by natural beauty and rural areas. A municipality unlike any other, it is a place where the rich heritage of the past is combined with a vibrant vision for the future, creating an exceptional place where people choose to live, work, play, learn, and do business.
