The Township is committed to involving residents in civic affairs and community life, and supporting the work of non-profit groups and community organizations that serve the municipality and its residents.

Public engagement

In 2016, Township Council endorsed a Public Engagement Charter and a Public Engagement Strategy for Planning and Development. The Public Engagement Charter commits the Township to strengthen a spirit of collaboration and to ensure meaningful community consultation contributing to the best possible quality of life for current and future residents. For more information about the Public Engagement Charter and Strategy, visit engageTOL.
