Steve Ferguson
Elected to office in 2018, Councillor Steve Ferguson has served eight terms as a Township of Langley Councillor since first being elected in 1988.
A Langley resident for 40 years, he and his wife have raised three children in the Township, where he participates in numerous recreational activities and volunteers extensively. Steve is committed to supporting seniors, protecting our agricultural land base and food crops, and developing parks, recreation, and cultural opportunities.

Professional career
As a result of Steve’s career as a special education teacher, school counsellor and small business owner, he brings to the table a passion for community and building a better quality of life for the residents. Steve has always been an active member of the community, for many years he has held a yearly pass at our recreation facilities. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping and has keen interest in collector cars and motorcycles.
