
Free film screening: Heard
Join us on Saturday, June 6 at the Presentation Theatre in salishan Place by the River for a special screening of the Vancouver-made TELUS Originals documentary, Heard.
Doors open at 5:30pm, with the film beginning at 6pm. Admission is free, however advance registration is required.
Directed by Hard of Hearing filmmaker Brian Ceci, Heard highlights the stories of Hard of Hearing creatives across BC and explores the realities of living with hearing loss through both heartfelt and humorous storytelling. Following the screening, guests are invited to stay for a Q&A with the filmmaker.
This all-ages event recognizes National AccessAbility Week (May 31 to June 6), a time to celebrate accessibility, inclusion, and the contributions of people with disabilities in our communities.
