Hundreds celebrated Earth Day with a free seedling

On Tuesday, April 22 in celebration of Earth Day, over 300 people picked up a free tree seedling handed out by Mayor Eric Woodward and Councillor Tim Baillie at Willoughby Community Park. Township residents came by this community pop-up event to say hello and received a red cedar seedling to take home and plant to help grow the tree canopy in the Township of Langley.
