Make your health a priority and achieve your fitness goals with the help of a Township of Langley personal trainer. Purchase three or more personal training sessions by Friday, January 31, 2025 and you'll receive a free 30-day Active Pass!

Active Pass holders can access various Township facilities, services and weekly offerings such as:

• swimming pools and public swim sessions including saunas, hot tubs and steam rooms.

• AquaFit classes

• arenas and public skating sessions

• fitness centres with cardio and weight equipment

• drop-in fitness classes

• gymnasium sports sessions

Our certified personal trainers will work with you one-on-one to design an inspiring, effective and personalized exercise program. You’ll learn proper form, how to use cardio and strength training equipment, healthy eating practices and more.

Personal training is an investment into your health and wellbeing, with benefits that only a personal trainer can provide.

• Health, fitness and exercise advice. Trainers can teach you about how nutrition affects performance, which exercises target which muscles, and answer your health, fitness and exercise questions directly.

• Proper form and technique. Having a trained professional demonstrate how to do your exercises correctly will increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine while significantly lowering your risk of injury.

Ready to commit to a healthier you? Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Register for your personal training sessions online or by phoning or visiting one of our recreation facilities by Friday, January 31, 2025.
2. Complete the online Personal Training Request Form and PAR-Q physical activity readiness questionnaire.

Staff will contact you to match you up with a personal trainer and schedule your first training session on a day and time that works for you.

Promotion Details

• This promotion is limited to one per person and is effective from Monday, December 9, 2024 to Friday, January 31, 2025.

• To redeem your free 30-day Active Pass, call or visit any Township community or recreation centre.

• Eligible personal training packages purchased on or before January 1, 2025, will have their free 30-day Active Pass start on January 1, 2025.

• Eligible personal training packages purchased between January 2 to January 31, 2025 will have their free 30-day Active Pass start:

  • on the day of purchase, if purchased in person or over the phone

  • on their first personal training session, if purchased online (request to start earlier can be made in-person or over the phone)

• If a customer has a valid membership during this time, their pass will be extended by 30 days.

• Personal training sessions must be used within one year after purchase.

• If purchasing tandem personal training sessions during the promotion period, both individuals will receive a free 30-day Active Pass.
