Nominations Re-open for Volunteer Award

Volunteers contribute to the well-being of our community, and the Township is pleased to recognize outstanding volunteers through the annual Volunteer Awards. Nominations have re-opened for the 2020 John and Muriel Arnason Award, to recognize people who volunteer together to make Langley a better place.
If you know a team of two people who have served together to contribute to the betterment of our community through charitable, philanthropic, or other means, now is your chance to recognize them with the appreciation and gratitude they deserve.
Created in 2009, the John and Muriel Arnason Award recognizes a partnership of individuals who:
- are advocates of culture, learning and literacy
- are sensitive to the economic needs, abilities and specific needs of Langley residents
- foster partnerships and cooperative efforts
- create the potential for long-term benefit to the Langley community
