Online Registration System

It’s easy to register for recreation and cultural programs and activities in the Township of Langley.
- Register online anytime at tol.ca/recregister.
- Register by phone at any Township community, cultural or recreation centre, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Due to COVID-19, in person registration is currently not available.
To register, create a MyTownship account for the RecRegister online registration system. If you have previously registered online for a program or activity in the Township, use the same email that we have on file. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact any Township community, cultural or recreation centre.
Each family member will need to be added to your account. Full name, birthday, phone number and mailing address are required. Sign into your account at tol.ca/recregister and visit the My Info tab to view family members and ensure the information is complete and correct.
Please note receipts, confirmations, contracts, waitlists and class updates will be sent to your email from communications@perfectmind.com.

Registering for programs and activities
How do I search, or apply filters to find programs using a mobile device? |
If you’re using a mobile device, you can find the search filters in the new system by clicking the small blue icon at the top right (highlighted in yellow in the image). The blue icon is immediately to the right of “Select an Activity”. |
How do I register for a program or an activity? |
Go to tol.ca/recregister and use the search tools available in the system to browse and find the programs and activities that you’re interested in. Once you open a program or activity listing, you can click on the register button and follow the on-screen instructions to register. |
The course I want says “Waitlist” instead of “Register”. |
Many programs and activities have a maximum capacity, which means they may be full. If you add yourself to the waitlist online, we can notify you if a spot becomes available. |
I have waitlisted for a class; how will I know when it becomes available? |
When a spot becomes available, you will be notified using either the phone or email on file in your account. Once you receive confirmation that a spot is available, you must confirm your spot within 24 hours. |
How will I receive transaction receipts in the new system? |
Receipts, confirmations, contracts, waitlists, and class updates will be sent to your email from communication@perfectmind.com. |
How do I register someone who is not the listed age for a class or program? |
We follow industry standards when setting ages for most of our courses. All participants must have a birthday in the system to be recognized within the required age range. You can update your account in the system to add a birthday if you don’t have one previously entered. If you or your child is not in that age group, please contact a Recreation Programmer in person at the community, cultural, or recreation centre where the program is located for permission to register. |
How do I withdraw from a course? |
Please contact any of our community, cultural, or recreation centres, either by phone, or in person to withdraw from a course. |
