Ready, Set, Sale with the Township-wide Garage Sale

We're counting down the days to the Township-wide Garage Sale. On Saturday, May 28, from 9:00am until 2:00pm, residents across the community are joining forces and putting on a day of garage sales for all to enjoy.

On the fence about checking out this year’s event? Even if garage sales aren’t your thing – yet – we have four great reasons why there’s never been a better opportunity to try them out. 

1. It’s bigger than you think!

With well over 100 garage sales scheduled to take place this year, you are bound to find your next favourite item. From antiques and collectables, to tools and clothing, there is something for everyone. Whether you are looking for something specific or you want to stick close to home, use our online map to tailor your route to the locations you are interested in.

2. You are doing something great for the environment – and having fun while you’re at it.

We can’t think of a better excuse to shop than helping your community go green. Aside from having fun, getting to know Langley a little better, and enjoying some fresh air, garage sales reduce waste by giving new life to items that would otherwise end up recycled or sent to the landfill.
