Summer Events in the Township: Call for Performers

The Township of Langley is looking for performers for our 2024 summer events.

Canada Day is our free family-friendly community event that features a variety of activities, live entertainment, food, and more.

Summer Nights in the Township is our free summertime entertainment series that will run on Thursdays at various locations throughout the Township in July and August.

Performances at these events could range from 20 to 30-minute sets, to fully staged productions for up to two hours. We welcome different types of family-friendly, interactive performers including, but not limited to, musicians (solo and group), dancers, magicians, and circus artists.

The deadline for submissions is Sunday, March 31, 2024. 

How to apply

To be considered, performers are asked to submit:

• contact information
• social media channels
• detailed descriptions of their performances
• publicity photos
• videos or links to videos on websites
• a list of past performance experiences and references
• dates they are available in July and August
• length of each performance set

Deadline for submissions is Sunday, March 31, 2024. Submissions will be reviewed by a volunteer committee.
