Township of Langley Hosting Free Soccer Viewing Opportunities

The world’s biggest sporting event is coming, and you can cheer on Team Canada soccer this summer at the Stadium at Langley Events Centre at 7888 200 Street.
Hosted by the Township of Langley in partnership with Langley Events Centre, Vancouver Football Club, and Langley United Soccer Association, these free community viewing events are designed to create a fun, safe, and family-friendly atmosphere for fans of all ages.
Three Canada group stage matches are part of 11 free viewing opportunities taking place, with an additional two matches on June 14 available for viewing inside the Banquet Hall at Langley Events Centre.
People attending the viewing opportunities can enjoy:
- watching matches on the brand-new high-definition video board
- family-friendly entertainment and activities
- soccer-themed games and activities for children - open 1-hour before kickoff
- food and beverage available for purchase, including options for $5 or less
- a community atmosphere celebrating the world’s most popular sport
Fans will experience the matches with enhanced picture quality and sound, helping create an exciting game-day atmosphere.
