About cart requests
Garbage and Green Carts come in a variety of sizes, with standard sizes determined by property type. Property owners receiving municipal collection can request:
- Changes to the size of their garbage or Green Cart
- Additional carts
- Repairs to damaged carts
- Missing carts
- Carts for new homes
Applications for additional carts and size exchanges are subject to a $50 per cart administration fee. If applications are approved, changes to annual fees will be applied to property taxes after implementation. Find applications at Submit a Cart Request.
