
Watermain leak: 20083 40 Avenue, March 6
Update Friday, March 6 at 4:25pm: The repair is complete and the watermain has been flushed. Traffic has returned to normal.
Update Friday, March 6 at 3pm: Crews are continuing to repair the watermain leak. View map of additional properties that have been affected. Hydrant 1107 is now out of service.

Utilities staff are currently at a watermain leak at 20083 40 Avenue. The watermain has been throttled and crews are working to expose the leaking location to determine repairs.
Traffic control is in place and includes single lane alternating traffic.
This map shows the location of the leak with the immediate effected properties highlighted in red. These properties, and possibly others in the surrounding area, will experience low to no water pressure while the repairs are taking place. Staff are notifying those in the immediate area.
Additionally, the following hydrants are currently out of service: 1387, 7147 and 1110.
