Celebrate Energy Efficiency Day With Us

Did you know that in Canada, 40% of our emissions reductions targets can be achieved by improving energy efficiency? To support this effective way of decreasing our emissions, the Township of Langley has signed on as a supporter of Energy Efficiency Day, celebrated annually, on October 6. 

We have put together a list of ways you can improve your own energy efficiency below.

1. Sign up for our upcoming webinar on heat pumps. It’s happening Tuesday, October 19^th at 7:00 pm and is presented by the CleanBC Community Energy Coach. Learn more and register at tol.ca/gbforhomeowners
2. Complete a green retrofit! Visit tol.ca/gbforhomeowners and scroll down to our rebate table to see currently available Township and provincial rebates.
3. Subscribe to our Sustainability and Climate eNews to stay on top of all things climate action in the Township.
4. Visit tol.ca/climateaction to learn about how the Township will reach zero emissions by 2050.
