Township of Langley Council will consider issuance of the development permit for this application at the Monday, March 22, 2021 Regular Council Meeting. A written submission opportunity was provided prior to a March 8, 2021 Council meeting where this was first considered, and Council requested that more time and opportunity be provided for additional public feedback. Comments on this application must be received in writing for Council’s consideration; there are no speaking opportunities.

The applicant proposes to construct a 12-storey commercial building and to vary the maximum permitted building height from 15.0 m (49.2 ft) to 50.9 m (167.0 ft). Existing zoning is Comprehensive Development Zone CD-49.
