Creative BC impact report 2018-2019

Creative BC’s Impact Report is out, and the data shows the Township coming out as a hot spot for film in the province. An estimated 1,718 film days in 2018 came from shows like Riverdale, Supergirl, The 100, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and many others. Together BC’s creative sectors drive $6.22 billion in economic activity and employ 108,900 people. The Township of Langley is the best place to work in the Lower Mainland! Walnut Grove 2019 business walk results

Results are in! In October, the Township conducted the 2019 business walk in the commercial areas of Northwest Langley, Walnut Grove and Willoughby. Data collected shows that 94% of businesses surveyed identified the current state of their business as either “steady or increasing”.
