- Visit the website and complete the Personal Training Request Form and PAR-Q physical activity readiness questionnaire.
- Staff will contact you to match you up with a personal trainer and schedule your first training session on a day and time that works for you.
- To receive your free registration to a registered fitness program, call or visit any community or recreation centre by Sunday, March 31, 2024. Your free registration applies to any fitness program that runs from January 1 to June 30, 2024.
