Non-standard Administrative Hours and Service Adjustments, September 30
The Township of Langley wishes to commemorate the history and legacy of residential schools and honour Indigenous communities, families, and survivors by observing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The Civic Facility and Operations Centre administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, September 30, reopening on Friday, October 1 at 8:00am. Some municipal services, such as curbside collection, will be adjusted.
Curbside Collection
The Township’s contracted waste hauler, Sierra Waste Services Ltd., will be observing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Thursday, September 30.
Similar to other observed holidays, curbside collection services for properties in the Thursday collection zone will shift to Friday, October 1 before returning to its regular collection schedule the following week.

Service Requests
For non-urgent service requests such as park or trail upkeep or roads maintenance, submit a request online. To report a service emergency or problem that requires immediate attention, call our emergency line at 604-543-6722.
