Switch to online services to avoid disruption from Canada Post strike
Residents, business, and vendors will experience delays in receiving notices, bills, and other documents that are usually mailed due to Canada Post’s strike action.
The Township of Langley is advising residents, businesses, and vendors of disruptions to mail communications due to Canada Post’s strike action. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the strike.
We encourage residents to use online services and communications options including:
- the self-service MyTownship portal
- telephone
- sign up for our eNewsletters
- follow us on social media
- visit our website often
2025 Council By-election
Depending on the length of the strike this may also stop the upcoming Council By-election Resident Voter Cards from being delivered to your residence. You can still vote without that voter card. Learn more here.
Outstanding balances must be paid by the due date to avoid penalties.
Residents or businesses with outstanding balances or licences expiring soon can easily register for a MyTownship profile. It’s the easiest way to see an account balance and make payments. Daily interest may apply to any unpaid balances and fees. If you’re mailing your payment, the Township does not consider postmark as payment date.
For payment options other than mail refer to your statement. If you are unsure of your payment options, contact us.
